GUIDELINES
Before submitting your post for consideration, please note the following guidelines:
Submission of your guest post does not guarantee publication. Your submission will be reviewed and if it will benefit Lovely Day Events readers, it is likely to be published.
Posts must be high-quality, SEO-rich, at minimum 1000 words, and original content. Posts must not be published anywhere else. If your post has been previously published elsewhere or you decided to publish it somewhere else after it is published by Lovely Day Events, it will be deleted without notice.

Content should be detailed or unique meaning fresh, new, updated topics that have not been previously written about to exhaustion.
The article should have no more than 2 outbound links and the bio can contain only one link – either to your website, Social Media handle, or blog. A bio is optional but a name will be needed to publish under as we don’t publish posts under our name unless we have written it.
Submissions with a “visit my site” or “check out my product” type feel will not be accepted. Likewise, submissions that appear to be strictly PR/Advertising - or SEO dumping will not be accepted.
Please make a concerted effort to use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Due to time constraints, submissions that require excessive editing cannot be accepted. Be sure to proofread!
In order to make sure that articles are on-brand and inclusive, we reserve the right to edit all articles where necessary and without approval.
Make sure any links in your post are relevant and valid. Links deemed to be irrelevant to the main idea of your post will be removed without notice. Likewise, any non-working links will be removed without notice. Also, any links to sites with questionable content will be removed without notice.
The use of bullets, lists, and short paragraphs is highly encouraged as it makes reading much easier.
A sample of other posts written can be used to gauge interest. Please provide links to a few guest posts previously written.
Guest posts will be scheduled within 4-10 weeks of the review of the proposed post.
Make sure you are available to contribute to the comments once your post has been published. This will happen over a three-day period (approximately); you just hit “reply” on the comments you want to respond to. (I’d prefer it if you responded to everyone!) You must keep replies positive and upbeat especially when responding to a reader’s negative comment. It doesn’t matter if you write just a simple reply as long as you make every effort to acknowledge that someone has commented and responded to it.
