This package is for the couple that wants to plan on their own with advice, insight, and assistance with decisions from a wedding planner starting four months before their wedding. Your wedding planner executes the wedding day so you can celebrate and enjoy every moment. This is a wonderful fit for a couple that likes planning, has time to plan, wants to have fun on their wedding day (and not worry about answering tons of questions from vendors), and is is expecting 11- 40 people at their wedding. Petite Wedding Package

  • Upon booking we provide you with an online planning folder in Google Drive filled with templates and worksheets to help you plan. We also provide a vendor list curated just for small weddings to help you easily find and book vendors.

  • You (the couple) are responsible for contacting, booking and managing the vendor communication before the wedding day

  • Four months before your wedding date, monthly check-ins with your wedding planner, to help you stay on track with wedding planning and key deadlines

  • Create and maintain a wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendors to ensure the day goes smoothly and as scheduled

  • One planning meeting at your venue (or via phone/ video), typically three months before the wedding date, to discuss logistics and details

  • Final meeting via phone/ video, two to four weeks out, to review final details and answer your last minute questions, to ensure no detail is missed

  • The week of your wedding we make confirmation calls to your vendors and send them the final timeline, so that everyone is on the same page

  • Lead ceremony rehearsal, so you don't have to worry

  • On the wedding day:

    • Arrive bright and early with an assistant, typically before the other vendors

    • Keep the day on schedule and flowing

    • Point person for vendor questions

    • Point person for guest questions

    • Placement of personal items provided by you (programs, favors, name cards, table numbers, guestbook, menus, toasting flutes, photos, etc.)

    • Apply final touches to decor

    • Assist guests and wedding party

    • At ceremony coordinate musicians, wedding party, seating, and entrance

    • During the reception cue the speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and other special moments

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

    • At the end of the night collect gifts, guestbook, and personal items, and give to a designated person

    • Assist with cleanup and breakdown at the end of the night

    • Bring wedding day Fix It bag to handle, repair, and fix items
