Upon booking we provide you with an online planning folder in Google Drive filled with templates and worksheets to help you plan. We also provide a vendor list curated just for Napa and Sonoma elopements to help you easily find and book vendors that fit your style
You (the couple) are responsible for contacting, booking, and managing the vendor communication before the wedding day
Four months before your wedding date, monthly check-ins via phone/video with your wedding planner, to answer your questions, help you stay on track with elopement planning, and meet key deadlines
Create and maintain a wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendors to ensure the day goes smoothly and as scheduled
In-person meeting the week of your wedding, to review final details and answer your last-minute questions, to ensure no detail is missed
The week of your elopement we make confirmation calls to your vendors and send them the final timeline so that everyone is on the same page
On the wedding day:
Keep the day on schedule and flowing
Point person for vendor questions
Point person for guest questions (if you have guests)
Placement of personal items provided by you (programs, notes, name cards, table numbers, guestbook, menus, toasting flutes, photos, etc.)
Apply final touches to the decor
At ceremony coordinate musicians, guests, and your entrance
